Once learners complete their exercises, you can review their performance and responses directly within the Admin Portal.

To review your learners’ submission:

1. Navigate to the Exercises Tab

   Click on Exercises from the sidebar. Find the quiz you’d like to review.

2. Click on “View Activity”

   

   Inside the quiz card, click View Activity to get an overview of how your learners performed overall. This dashboard provides insights like:

   • Number of attempts
   • Average score
   • Completion rate

   Additionally, you may export the data in the view activity dashboard if required.

Open an Individual Submission

To drill down into a specific learner’s responses:

• Click on their email from the list of submissions.
• You’ll see a detailed view of all their answers.

Review and Adjust Scores

At the top of the learner’s response view, click Review Submission.

From here, you can:

• Leave comments on individual questions.
• Adjust scores—for example, award partial credit if needed.
• Add overall feedback to support the learner’s progress.

Quizzes are automatically graded based on the correct answers you’ve set up during quiz creation. However, for:

• Essay or short answer questions
• Subjective multiple-choice questions
• Edge cases needing human judgment
